Membership consultant

Job Description:

A Membership Consultant is responsible for attracting and retaining members to the organization. They promote membership benefits, assist with enrollment, and provide excellent customer service to existing members. The Membership Consultant acts as a liaison between the organization and its members, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Promote membership benefits and recruit new members
• Assist with enrollment and customer onboarding process
• Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential members
• Maintain accurate records of membership information
• Address member inquiries and concerns promptly
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop membership campaigns

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of membership programs and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
