Medical Representative

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products and medical devices to healthcare professionals across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in the UAE. This role focuses on building strong relationships with medical practitioners, educating them on product benefits, and achieving sales targets in compliance with UAE regulations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, persuasive, and knowledgeable about the latest developments in the medical and pharmaceutical field.

Responsibilities:

• Promoting and detailing medical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.

• Scheduling and conducting product presentations, meetings, and follow-up visits to generate awareness and drive prescriptions or usage.

• Building long-term professional relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers.

• Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Keeping accurate records of sales activities, competitor information, and client interactions using CRM tools.

• Participating in conferences, trade shows, and training sessions to stay updated on industry developments.

• Ensuring all promotional and sales activities comply with local health authority regulations and internal company policies.

• Coordinating with the supply chain and customer service teams to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related medical field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector within the UAE.

• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas, product mechanisms, and local healthcare market dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software for reporting and client management.

• Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
