The Media Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating and executing media campaigns across various channels. Responsibilities
Coordinate the execution of media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets across various channels.
Collaborate with media planning and creative teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and requirements.
Manage and maintain media asset libraries and databases.
Monitor and track media campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies with media assets, coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
Review and approve media materials and final assets for accuracy and quality.
Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers, production houses, and media outlets, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Perform quality checks on media assets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in media operations.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in media operations or a similar role.
Strong understanding of media channels and campaign execution.
Proficient in media production and management tools.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
