Mechanical Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Prepare detailed mechanical drawings (HVAC, Plumping (drainage, storm, water supply) and Firefighting) for construction buildings.

Ø Review design changes to incorporate and to communicate them to relevant team members.

Ø Maintain accurate records of drawings, designs, and revisions.

Ø Following specifications and calculations to create various Mechanical technical drawings.

Ø Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work using relevant software.

Ø Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting drawings alongside the engineering team.

Ø Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.

Ø Assist in ongoing project to standardize and unify design document standards by participating in meetings and preparing presentation materials as necessary

Qualifications:

Ø Proven experience as a Mechanical /MEP Draftsman.

Ø With UAE Experience.

Ø Proficiency in AutoCAD

Ø Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles/codes and design processes.

Ø Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.

Ø Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
