Mathematics Teacher - Secondary School

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Mathematics Teacher to join our secondary school faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage students in analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
• Teach mathematics concepts, including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus, to secondary school students.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods, real-life examples, and technology to enhance student learning.
• Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and project-based learning.
• Provide individualized support and guidance to students who need extra help.
• Prepare students for examinations and standardized tests.
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to support student growth and development.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification/license .
• Proven experience teaching secondary school mathematics.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts and pedagogy.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital teaching tools.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to excel in mathematics.
• Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning is a plus.
