Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will lead strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, the role requires expertise in digital and offline marketing, content development, event management, and market research, tailored to the UAE business landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Overseeing content creation, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.

• Conducting market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

• Managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective operations.

• Collaborating with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

• Organizing events, exhibitions, and sponsorships to boost brand presence.

• Analyzing campaign performance and reporting KPIs to senior management.

• Ensuring compliance with UAE advertising and consumer protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with UAE market exposure.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
