Marketing Manager - Fragrances

We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to lead fragrance brand strategies, enhance product positioning, and drive market growth. The ideal candidate will develop campaigns, collaborate with retailers, and analyze consumer trends to expand brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• develop and execute marketing strategies for fragrance products

• oversee product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activations

• analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities

• collaborate with product development teams to create innovative fragrance concepts

• build relationships with retailers, distributors, and influencers for brand exposure

• manage social media, digital marketing, and advertising initiatives

• track sales performance and adjust marketing strategies accordingly

• coordinate with design teams for packaging and visual merchandising

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field

• minimum 5 years of experience in fragrance or luxury brand marketing
