Marketing Associate

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will assist in brand promotion, content creation, and market research to enhance business growth.

Responsibilities:

• assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
• create engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials
• conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
• coordinate with designers, writers, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency
• track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations
• support event planning, sponsorships, and partnerships
• manage and update customer databases and CRM systems
• assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations for management

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role is a plus
• strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and content marketing
• proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and email marketing platforms
• excellent communication and organizational skills
