Job Description

As a Market Access Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the successful market access of products or services. Your duties will include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to navigate complex market environments, analyze market trends and reimbursement policies, and develop pricing and access strategies. You will also be responsible for assessing the impact of market access decisions on the organization's bottom line and providing ongoing support to sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health economics, market access, and reimbursement strategies, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. A proven track record of successfully launching products into the market is highly desirable.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and coverage for products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as payers, providers, and government agencies to drive market access goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare landscape.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop value propositions and messaging strategies for products.
  • Manage the submission of reimbursement dossiers to regulatory agencies and payers to secure market access.
  • Monitor and analyze market access metrics and KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment on market access strategies.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and policy developments that may impact market access for products.
  • Provide training and guidance to sales teams on market access strategies and best practices.
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to enhance understanding of market access trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, pricing, or reimbursement within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policy, market dynamics, and payer landscape.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and relationship building with key stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, pricing, or reimbursement within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare policy, market dynamics, and payer landscape.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
