Manicurist And Pedicurist

The Manicurist and Pedicurist is responsible for providing professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, cuticle grooming, and nail art. This role requires a high level of skill in nail care techniques, customer service, and knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty and self-care.

Responsibilities:

• provide high-quality manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application

• apply nail enhancements such as acrylics, gel nails, and nail art designs

• advise clients on nail care routines and recommend suitable products

• ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to hygiene standards

• stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products

• maintain a clean and organized salon environment

• handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service

• schedule appointments and manage client records efficiently

• work collaboratively with other beauty professionals in the salon

• follow safety and health regulations to ensure client and staff well-being

Requirements:

• proven experience as a manicurist and pedicurist in a salon or spa setting

• certification in nail care or cosmetology is preferred

• knowledge of various nail techniques, including gel, acrylic, and nail art

• excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients

• awareness of hygiene and sanitation practices in the beauty industry
