Manager - Retail

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, maintaining the store's visual presentation, and driving sales through effective merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the store.

• Lead a team of sales associates by providing ongoing coaching, training, and motivating them to achieve individual and team targets.

• Monitor and analyze sales figures and performance metrics to make informed business decisions.

• Ensure the store's visual merchandising is in line with the company's standards and create an appealing shopping experience for customers.

• Manage inventory levels and order products to maintain the store's stock availability.

• Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify any maintenance or operational issues and take necessary actions to ensure smooth operations.

• Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and promoting a positive shopping experience.

• Maintain a safe and clean store environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, company policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:
