Manager Portfolio Delivery

We are seeking a Manager – Portfolio Delivery to oversee and drive the successful execution of multiple projects within an organization's portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure strategic alignment, resource optimization, and effective risk management to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in project and portfolio management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement portfolio governance frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across the portfolio.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance regulations, and organizational policies.
• Provide regular portfolio performance updates to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance portfolio delivery processes and methodologies.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the delivery team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management, preferably in an enterprise setting.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strategic focus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
