Job Description

The Manager Portfolio Delivery is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple projects within the organization's portfolio. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The Manager Portfolio Delivery also manages project teams, allocates resources, and communicates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.


Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, work breakdown structures, and resource requirements.
  • Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Communicate with senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and share lessons learned to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
