Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of resuscitation and ambulance services within the organization.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective emergency response protocols.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of paramedics, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), and other relevant staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to emergency medical services.
• Coordinate with other departments and external agencies to facilitate seamless communication and patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of resuscitation and ambulance services to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the budget for resuscitation and ambulance services, including forecasting and cost control measures.
• Conduct regular drills and training exercises to maintain readiness and preparedness for emergency situations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and facilities to optimize patient outcomes and transport protocols.
• Stay current with advancements in emergency medical care and technology to implement best practices in resuscitation and ambulance services.

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Medical Services or related field.
• Valid certification as a Paramedic or Emergency Medical Technician.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency medical services with leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of resuscitation techniques, ambulance operations, and emergency response protocols.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
