Job Description

The Manager Key Accounts - GCC will be responsible for overseeing and managing key client relationships within the Gulf Cooperation Council region. The role involves developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and growth opportunities, as well as ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Manager Key Accounts will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand clients' needs, negotiate contracts, and drive business development initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, resolving client issues, and proactively addressing any challenges that may arise. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales or account management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the GCC market. A proactive attitude, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the GCC region.
  • Understand and address the needs of key accounts to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to grow key account business.
  • Identify new business opportunities within key accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively respond to key account needs.
  • Analyze key account performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Lead negotiations with key accounts on contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services to key accounts, meeting their expectations.
  • Resolve key account issues or conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices related to key account management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the GCC region as needed.
