Maintenance Technician - Elevators and Escalators

As a Maintenance Technician specializing in Elevators & Escalators, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation and functionality of vertical transportation systems. Your primary duties will include inspecting, servicing, and repairing elevators and escalators to meet quality and safety standards. You will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, conduct preventive maintenance tasks, and respond to emergency service calls to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs, order replacement parts as needed, and adhere to all relevant regulations and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, electrical knowledge, and experience working with elevator and escalator systems. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training or certification in elevator and escalator maintenance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in elevator and escalator maintenance
• Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, mechanics, and electrical components
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively
