Maintenance Technician - Elevators and Escalators

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance checks on elevators and escalators to ensure proper operation and safety.

• Identify and procure necessary parts, tools, and equipment for maintenance and repairs of elevators and escalators.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, machine rooms, and elevator shafts.
• Communicate effectively with building owners, property managers, and other stakeholders regarding maintenance schedules and repair updates.
• Stay current on industry regulations and advancements in elevator and escalator technology to ensure compliance and efficiency in maintenance practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified elevator technician training program
• Relevant work experience in elevator and escalator maintenance
• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
