Maintenance Project Manager

We are hiring a Maintenance Project Manager to oversee and manage facility maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills and technical expertise in maintenance operations. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, planning schedules, and ensuring safety and compliance at all stages of execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance projects from planning to completion.

• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource plans.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors.

• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety regulations.

• Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting.

• Conduct site inspections and quality control.

• Forecast maintenance needs and plan accordingly.

• Provide technical support and guidance to teams.

• Evaluate and optimize maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in maintenance.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards.

• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
