Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to manage and streamline maintenance operations across our facilities in the UAE. This role involves scheduling maintenance activities, tracking work orders, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and a focus on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple sites or departments

• Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance requests, work orders, and equipment history

• Liaise with technicians, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery

• Ensure maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety and operational standards

• Track inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies

• Assist in preparing maintenance budgets, reports, and documentation

• Support emergency maintenance responses and escalate issues as needed

• Monitor asset performance and suggest improvements or replacements

• Use CMMS or other systems to manage maintenance workflows efficiently

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance coordination or facility operations

• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, tools, and technical documentation

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Ability to manage schedules and prioritize work effectively

• Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and building regulations
