Main Sewerage Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Main Sewerage Engineer to oversee the planning, design, and execution of major sewerage infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, local UAE knowledge, and strong communication skills to support project delivery from concept through construction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design review and coordination of main sewerage networks and pumping stations

• Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and HSE standards

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities for approvals and permits

• Manage technical submittals, shop drawings, and site inspections

• Provide technical input on hydraulic calculations, pipe alignment, and connection points

• Support progress reporting and resolve technical site issues as they arise

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

• Minimum 10 years of total experience, including 5 years in major sewerage works

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE (in sewerage/infrastructure projects)

• Strong knowledge of UAE standards and authority requirements (ADM, DMT, etc.)

• Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
