Luxury Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Luxury Sales Consultant to join our high-end retail team. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury brands, excellent sales techniques, and the ability to provide a personalized shopping experience to high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury fashion, jewelry, or high-end accessories and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, staying updated on the latest industry trends, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience through personalized customer service

• build and maintain long-term relationships with high-end clientele to ensure repeat business

• achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing strong selling techniques

• maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury brands, products, and industry trends

• assist clients in styling, selecting, and purchasing high-end products tailored to their preferences

• manage VIP customer appointments and deliver a seamless shopping experience

• ensure store displays are aesthetically appealing and aligned with brand guidelines

• handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner

• support marketing and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and sales

• work closely with the store team to optimize customer engagement and maximize revenue

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, marketing, or a related field (preferred)

• minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or accessories

• strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with high-profile clients

• deep knowledge of luxury brands, trends, and customer expectations

• professional appearance with a refined sense of style and sophistication

• ability to handle a fast-paced retail environment while providing premium service

• fluency in english is required; additional languages such as arabic, french, or chinese are a plus

• flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours
