Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, tracking, and maintenance of all shipments from suppliers to customers. The successful candidate will work closely with different internal departments and external logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.

- Coordinate the entire process of product shipment, from picking up goods from suppliers to delivering them to customers.

- Monitor and track shipment progress, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

- Communicate and resolve any issues or delays in shipment with suppliers and customers.

- Prepare and maintain accurate shipment documentation, including purchase orders, shipping documents, and invoices.

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure proper product availability.

- Prepare and analyze logistics reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with national and international shipping laws and regulations.

- Maintain logistics management systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

- Work with customs brokers to facilitate the import/export process and resolve any related issues.

- Continuously monitor and negotiate shipment costs to maximize company profits.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution company.

- Good knowledge of logistics procedures, laws, and regulations.

- Strong organization and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently.
