Lobby Lounge Supervisor

The Lobby Lounge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lobby lounge area in a hospitality setting, ensuring an exceptional guest experience through high-quality service and efficient team coordination. This role includes supervising staff, managing service flow, and maintaining ambiance, while working in compliance with hospitality standards and UAE regulations. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and experienced in leading front-of-house teams in upscale environments.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of lounge staff to deliver smooth and efficient guest service.

• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance in the lobby lounge area.

• Greeting guests, addressing their needs, and resolving any service-related issues promptly and professionally.

• Monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction, implementing improvements where needed.

• Collaborating with the F&B team to execute seasonal promotions, menu updates, and special events.

• Training and mentoring team members to maintain consistent service excellence and adherence to brand standards.

• Managing inventory levels of lounge supplies and ensuring timely requisitioning.

• Ensuring compliance with UAE health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as internal hotel policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or premium lounge environment.

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills with a guest-first mindset.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service, hospitality standards, and UAE guest service expectations.

• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic reporting tools.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on operational requirements.
