Lobby Lounge Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Lobby Lounge Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage the team efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the lobby lounge.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by training and guiding the lounge staff.
• Monitor food and beverage service to ensure compliance with quality and presentation standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Manage lounge inventory and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the lounge area.
• Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and front desk, to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist in staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training programs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or lounge supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
