Learning and Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive Learning and Development Executive to design, deliver, and manage training programs that enhance employee skills and support organizational goals. The successful candidate will assess training needs, develop curricula, and implement engaging learning experiences. Strong communication, project management, and instructional design skills are key to fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analysis across departments.

• Design and deliver learning programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and report outcomes.

• Work closely with department heads to align training with business objectives.

• Maintain training records and monitor employee development progress.

• Manage learning management systems (LMS) and update training materials.

• Organize external training sessions and liaise with training vendors.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

• Support talent development initiatives like leadership programs.

• Ensure training programs comply with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in a learning and development role.

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.

• Strong analytical and project management abilities.

• Professional certifications are a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
