Job Description
As a Learning and Development Executive, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs for our employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored educational solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments
- Design and deliver learning programs
- Ensure training content is up-to-date and relevant
- Evaluate effectiveness of training initiatives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Knowledge of learning management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
