Learning and Development Executive

The Learning & Development Executive is responsible for designing and implementing learning and development initiatives for employees. This includes conducting training needs assessments, developing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. The Learning & Development Executive collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance employee skills and promote a learning culture within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify employee development needs.
• Develop and implement training programs that address identified needs.
• Deliver training sessions and facilitate learning activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from participants.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and external trainers to deliver specialized training.
• Develop e-learning modules and other digital learning resources.
• Monitor and report on training metrics and effectiveness.
