Lead Architect

We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect to oversee the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of architects, ensuring the highest standards of design, and delivering innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee and guide a team of architects and designers in developing creative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Review and approve design proposals, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality control.
• Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles into projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Licensed Architect with relevant certifications.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and modern construction techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior architects.
