Lead Architect

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Architect to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. Our company specializes in providing innovative and high-quality architectural services to a wide range of clients. As a Lead Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of our projects, collaborating with a team of talented architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the development of architectural designs, from concept to final completion, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are within budget and timeline constraints

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop innovative design solutions

- Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout all project phases

- Ensure that all design documents and plans are accurate, complete, and adhere to building codes and regulations

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and provide guidance to the team to ensure design intent is met

- Oversee the project budget and schedule, identifying and addressing any potential issues that may impact project delivery

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and materials, and apply them to project designs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software

- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members

- Proven experience in project management, from initial concept to final completion

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Valid architect's license in the state of employment
