Laboratory Technologist

We are looking for a skilled Laboratory Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic testing and ensure accurate laboratory results in support of patient care in our UAE-based facility. This role plays a key role in maintaining laboratory efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests on blood, tissues, and body fluids.

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

• Verify, record, and report test results accurately and promptly.

• Ensure quality control procedures are followed at all times.

• Prepare samples for analysis according to established protocols.

• Collaborate with medical staff to discuss results and support diagnosis.

• Maintain laboratory supplies and inventory.

• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

• Participate in laboratory audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Stay updated with advancements in laboratory technology and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.

• Valid license or eligibility to practice in the UAE.

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant laboratory experience.

• Proficiency in operating diagnostic and laboratory equipment.

• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, techniques, and safety protocols.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Good organizational and communication abilities.

• Ability to work flexible shifts as required.
