Lab Operations Manager

The Lab Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the organization's laboratory facilities. This includes managing lab personnel, resources, and equipment, coordinating lab activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Manager will also collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory authorities to support lab operations and facilitate the achievement of organizational goals. Additionally, the Manager will participate in the development of lab processes, policies, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field, such as biology or chemistry.
• Proven experience in lab operations or a similar role, preferably in a scientific or research environment.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in laboratory settings.
