Job Description

As a Key Account Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding key customer relationships. Your duties will include understanding the needs of key accounts, providing solutions to address their challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for key clients, working closely with internal teams to coordinate efforts and deliver on commitments. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase revenue from key accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to build long-term relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key account clients, addressing all inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and work with sales team to execute strategies for expanding business.
  • Monitor account performance and KPIs to track progress towards sales targets and other objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account activities and ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess satisfaction levels and discuss opportunities for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to proactively address challenges and identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products/services and strengthen relationships with key accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
