Job Description
As a Junior Travel Coordinator, you will assist in coordinating and booking travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, and transportation. You will ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for travel.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Research and identify the best travel options based on client preferences and budgets.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing special requests.
- Book travel arrangements and update reservations as needed.
- Prepare travel itineraries, including all necessary documentation.
- Monitor travel industry trends and provide recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and payments.
- Collaborate with travel suppliers and negotiate competitive rates.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing travel data.
- Stay up-to-date with travel regulations and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
