Junior Staffing Specialist

As a Junior Staffing Specialist, you will play an integral role in the recruitment and hiring process for our clients. You will work closely with our senior staffing specialists to identify the hiring needs of our clients and source and attract top talent to join their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior staffing specialists to understand the hiring needs and culture of our clients

• Utilize various recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and networking to source and attract qualified candidates

• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

• Manage the candidate pool and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles in our database

• Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients

• Communicate effectively with both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

• Assist in negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent work experience)

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with applicant tracking systems

• Knowledge of current recruiting and sourcing techniques

• Passion for building relationships and helping people find their dream jobs
