Junior Staffing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Staffing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in recruiting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and strategize recruitment efforts. The Junior Staffing Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates
• Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Assisting in conducting reference checks and verifying employment eligibility.
• Assisting in extending job offers and preparing offer letters.
• Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment efforts
• Coordinate job offers and onboarding processes

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Prior experience in recruitment or staffing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
