Job Description
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. A successful candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases and project plans.
- Provide support in system testing and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Monitor and track project progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
