Journalist - Arabic Speaking

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Journalist with fluency in Arabic to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to produce accurate, timely, and engaging articles relating to current events and news in the Arabic-speaking world

- Write and edit articles, breaking news stories, features, and investigative pieces in a captivating and informative manner

- Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote and share articles and engage with readers

- Pitch creative and original story ideas that cater to our target audience and keep up with current trends in the media landscape

- Conduct interviews with sources and experts, both in person and remotely, to obtain valuable information and quotes for articles

- Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure content is in line with our brand's mission and tone

- Monitor and analyze news developments in the region to identify potential story angles and stay up to date with relevant issues and trends

- Attend press conferences, events, and other related gatherings to gather information and network

- Adhere to ethical standards and principles of journalism, upholding our company's credibility and reputation as a trusted news source

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field

- Fluent in Arabic with excellent writing and communication skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in journalism, with a strong track record of producing high-quality and impactful articles

- In-depth knowledge of current events in the Arabic-speaking world, with a keen interest in staying up to date with news developments

- Strong research and fact-checking skills
