Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving the sales of IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions and a proven track record in sales within the technology sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the IT industry

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients

  • Present IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud services) to potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring proposals accordingly

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded

  • Provide technical and business consultations to clients on IT products and services

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies

  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop proposals and solutions that meet client requirements

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sale support and follow-ups

  • Achieve and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Attend networking events, conferences, and seminars to increase brand awareness and market presence


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT sales or a technology-related sales role

  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, software applications)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage

  • UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required
