Job Description

An IT Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of information technology products and services to business clients. This role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their technology needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those requirements. The IT Sales Executive builds and maintains relationships with clients, negotiates sales contracts, and works closely with technical teams to ensure successful product delivery and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking and outreach.
  • Develop customized sales proposals and presentations to address client needs.

  • Provide post-sales support and address client inquiries or concerns.
  • Meet sales targets and revenue goals set by the organization.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Stay updated on IT products and services to effectively promote and sell to clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
  • Proven track record in IT sales or B2B sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of information technology products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering results and exceeding targets.
