Job Description

As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by selling IT products and services to new and existing clients. You will need to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding market trends, and staying up-to-date on the latest technological developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience in sales are usually required for this position. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling potential clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase IT solutions effectively
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementations
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis for management review
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company solutions
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client retention and repeat business opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
