Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT projects.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage resource allocation and workload distribution for project team members.
  • Facilitate communication and foster positive working relationships among project team members.
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalations from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
