IT Operations Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee our organization’s technology infrastructure and ensure seamless IT service delivery. The successful candidate will manage IT teams, implement system upgrades, monitor performance, and resolve complex technical issues. Strategic planning, strong leadership, and the ability to ensure the security and efficiency of IT systems are essential for excelling in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily IT operations across the organization.

• Maintain network security, system backups, and disaster recovery plans.

• Lead the implementation of IT projects and infrastructure upgrades.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, hardware, and software.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and escalated issues.

• Manage IT budgets and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security standards.

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Collaborate with department heads to align IT services with business goals.

• Mentor, train, and manage IT support and technical teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, cybersecurity, and cloud services.

• Excellent leadership and project management skills.

• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
