IT Business Development Specialist

The IT Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the IT sector. This role involves market research, lead generation, and collaboration with technical teams to offer tailored IT solutions to clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT products, services, and emerging technologies, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with technical teams to understand and propose suitable IT solutions.

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.

• Prepare and present business proposals, sales pitches, and solution demonstrations.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Keep up to date with industry advancements and recommend innovative solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.

• Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, and emerging technologies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions is a plus.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
