Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized Inventory Control Specialist to oversee inventory accuracy and support efficient stock management in our UAE-based warehouses. The ideal candidate will ensure inventory integrity, reduce discrepancies, and support data-driven inventory decisions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across warehouses and retail outlets.

• Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and physical stock verifications.

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes.

• Ensure accurate data entry and updates in inventory systems.

• Work closely with procurement and logistics to manage stock replenishment.

• Generate inventory reports, forecasts, and KPIs for management review.

• Maintain records of goods receipts, stock transfers, and adjustments.

• Optimize storage layout and bin locations for efficient access.

• Enforce stock control procedures and compliance with company policies.

• Assist in planning for seasonal or promotional inventory needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.

• Proficiency in ERP/inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

• Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Familiarity with stock control principles and inventory KPIs.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Experience in retail, distribution, or FMCG sectors preferred.
