International Business Manager

The International Business Manager oversees global operations, builds strategic partnerships, and drives international market expansion. Based in the UAE, this role involves extensive coordination with overseas teams, market analysis, and implementing growth strategies across multiple regions. The candidate will work in a fast-paced, multicultural business environment and should bring a strong understanding of international trade regulations and market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing strategies to grow the company’s presence in international markets.

• Managing relationships with global partners, distributors, and clients.

• Conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities and risks.

• Coordinating with logistics, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with global trade laws.

• Leading cross-border negotiations and contract agreements.

• Monitoring international sales performance and optimizing operations for profitability.

• Participating in international trade shows and representing the company in global forums.

• Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management on market trends and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

• 7+ years of experience in international business development or global operations.

• Proven experience in entering and managing multiple international markets.

• Strong knowledge of trade compliance, logistics, and international sales regulations.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.

• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
