Internal Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Auditor to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will conduct audits, assess compliance with regulations, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• perform risk-based audits to assess financial and operational processes
• review internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• identify inefficiencies, fraud risks, and operational weaknesses, providing actionable recommendations
• prepare audit reports detailing findings and corrective actions
• collaborate with departments to ensure implementation of audit recommendations
• monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management strategies
• assist in developing audit programs and methodologies
• stay updated with industry regulations and internal auditing best practices

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• certified internal auditor
• proven experience as an internal auditor or in a similar role
• strong knowledge of internal audit standards, financial regulations, and risk management
• proficiency in audit software and financial reporting systems
• excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
