Internal Auditor

The Internal Auditor is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of the company's internal controls and risk management processes. This role involves conducting audits to assess compliance with policies and regulations, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to senior management. The Internal Auditor must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Evaluate compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Identify weaknesses or gaps in internal control systems and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and integrity.
• Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans.
• Prepare and present audit findings to senior management.
• Track and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation is preferred.
• Proven experience as an internal auditor or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
