Interface And Risk Manager

We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Interface and Risk Manager to lead coordination between project stakeholders and manage enterprise risk frameworks. Based in the UAE, this role is critical to ensuring seamless communication, minimizing project disruptions, and identifying potential risks in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interface management across internal teams, contractors, consultants, and external stakeholders

• Establish and maintain an interface management plan and register for all project phases

• Facilitate alignment on technical and scheduling dependencies to prevent scope clashes

• Develop and implement comprehensive project risk management frameworks

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks (technical, commercial, schedule, regulatory)

• Maintain risk registers and conduct regular reviews with stakeholders and risk owners

• Coordinate and chair interface and risk review meetings; ensure timely resolution of issues

• Support change management processes with risk impact assessments

• Provide reports on interface alignment and risk status to project leadership and clients

• Ensure compliance with relevant project governance, contractual, and regulatory requirements

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline; Master’s preferred

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in interface and/or risk management on large-scale infrastructure or engineering projects

• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and major project delivery models (EPC, PMC, PPP)

• Strong understanding of ISO 31000 or other recognized risk management standards

• Proficiency in project management and risk software (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, ARM, MS Project)

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder project environments

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

• Previous experience in UAE or GCC mega projects is highly desirable
