Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to generate sales opportunities.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to ensure follow-up and timely conversions.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and answer inquiries from customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and strategies to increase sales.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
