Implementation manager

The Implementation Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects for clients. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to project timelines. They are responsible for managing the implementation process, including project kick-off, requirements gathering, solution design, and testing. They also provide training and support to clients during the implementation phase and ensure seamless handover to the support team post-implementation.
